Bitcoin miner IREN has unveiled plans for a $450 million convertible notes offering, which is set to significantly impact their financial strategy. A portion of the proceeds from this offering will be directed towards engaging in capped call transactions as well as prepaid forward transactions, according to statements released by the company.
