Nasdaq files SEC Form 8-K to expand crypto ETF benchmark 📈
Nasdaq filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to propose changes to the Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF (NCIQ) benchmark. The filing, dated June 2, indicates that Nasdaq plans to expand the index by including additional cryptocurrencies.
Specifically, the index will grow from five to nine cryptocurrencies. The newly proposed additions to the benchmark are XRP, Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Stellar.
